However, if your purchase doesn’t meet your expectations or if you’ve changed your mind, we are here to help. Our return process is designed to be transparent, fair, and completely stress-free.
- 30-DAY RETURN WINDOW
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your Duvet Cover Set to request a return. To ensure a smooth process, we recommend inspecting your bedding as soon as it arrives to confirm the fabric, color, and size are exactly what you ordered.
- RETURN ELIGIBILITY & CONDITION
To be eligible for a full refund, your item must meet the following criteria:
- Condition: The Duvet Cover Set must be in the same condition that you received it—unused, unwashed, and unworn.
- Original Packaging: Items must be returned in their original packaging, including all inserts and tags. For hygiene reasons, bedding that has been used or laundered cannot be accepted for return.
- Proof of Purchase: You must provide the order number or receipt sent to your email at the time of purchase from Blingshirts.
- 100% FREE RETURNS – NO HIDDEN COSTS
We believe that our customers should not have to pay for a product they don’t love. Blingshirts covers all costs associated with domestic returns:
- No Return Shipping Fees: We will provide a prepaid shipping label at no cost to you.
- No Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees for processing your return or putting items back into our inventory.
- Full Refund: You will receive 100% of the original purchase price back to your original payment method.
- HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
To start the return process for your Duvet Cover Set, please follow these simple steps:
- Contact Us: Send an email to support@blingshirts.com with your Order Number and a brief reason for the return.
- Receive Your Label: Our support team will review your request and send a prepaid return shipping label via email within 24 hours.
- Pack and Ship: Securely pack the items in their original packaging, attach the prepaid label, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location (USPS, FedEx, or UPS as specified on the label).
- REFUND PROCESS & TIMELINE
- Inspection: Once your returned package arrives at our Dania Beach facility, our quality control team will inspect the item within 1–2 business days.
- Notification: We will notify you via email whether your refund has been approved based on the condition of the item.
- Credit: Once approved, your refund will be processed immediately. The funds will be credited back to your original payment method (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Amex, or PayPal). Please allow up to 5 business days for the transaction to reflect on your bank statement.
- DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the Duvet Cover Set is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item (wrong size or print), contact us at support@blingshirts.com within 7 days. We will send a replacement immediately at no extra charge or offer a full refund.
- EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new Duvet Cover Set. However, if you prefer a direct exchange, email us and we will facilitate the process using our Free Return Label system.
- ORDER CANCELLATIONS
- Within 12 Hours: You can cancel your order for a 100% full refund if you contact us within 12 hours of placing the order.
- After 12 Hours: If the order has already been processed or shipped, please wait for the item to arrive and then follow our standard return process.
