1. Shipping & Delivery

What is the shipping cost?
We offer a flat-rate shipping fee of $6.99 for all orders within the United States.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Our delivery timeline consists of two parts: a handling time of 1 – 2 business days and a transit time of 2 – 6 business days. Total estimated delivery is usually between 3 – 8 business days.

2. Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

Are there any return fees?
No. Blingshirts does not charge any restocking or processing fees for returns. Your satisfaction is our priority.

When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.

3. Orders & Payments

Can I change or cancel my order?
Since we process orders quickly, please contact us within 12 hours or before our 5:00 PM EST cut-off time. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be modified.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover, as well as PayPal for secure digital transactions.

How do I care for my Duvet Cover?
To maintain the quality of your Duvet Cover, we recommend machine washing in cold water on a gentle cycle with like colors. Tumble dry on low heat and avoid using bleach or harsh chemicals that may damage the fabric fibers.
