1. The Critical Window
To ensure a 1 – 2 day handling time, our automated systems send order details to our fulfillment center immediately after the daily cut-off. Please take note of the following timeline:

2. How to Request a Cancellation
If you change your mind shortly after placing an order, please email us immediately at support@blingshirts.com. Your email subject line should be formatted as follows to ensure priority handling: “URGENT: Cancel Order [Your Order Number]”.
If the order has not yet been processed by our warehouse, we will cancel it and issue a full refund to your original payment method immediately. You will receive a confirmation email once the cancellation is complete.
3. Changing Order Details
Address Corrections: If you realize you have entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact us before the 5:00 PM EST cut-off. Once a package has been handed over to USPS, UPS, or FedEx, we are unable to redirect the shipment. In such cases, the customer may need to contact the carrier directly or wait for the item to be returned to our Titusville facility.
Product Changes: To change the size or style of the Duvet Cover you ordered, we recommend canceling the original order (if within the timeframe) and placing a new order. This ensures the correct item is reserved in our inventory for you.
4. Orders Already Shipped
Once an order has entered the “Shipped” status and a tracking number has been generated, we cannot cancel or modify the order. If you no longer want the items, you will need to receive the delivery and then follow our 30-Day Return Policy. Please do not “Refuse Delivery” as this can lead to packages being lost in the carrier’s network and may delay your refund.
5. Refund Process for Cancellations
When an order is successfully cancelled before shipping, Blingshirts processes the refund in full with no hidden fees. The credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 3 – 7 business days, depending on your bank’s processing times.
