Blingshirts takes pride in our unique Duvet Cover designs. All trademarks, service marks, and trade names of Blingshirts used on the site are trademarks or registered trademarks of Blingshirts. You are strictly prohibited from using our intellectual property, including brand names and artistic designs, without prior written consent from our management team.

4. Counter-Notification

If we remove or disable access to material in response to an infringement notice, we may make reasonable attempts to contact the uploader or seller involved. If you believe your material was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to our agent. This must include your contact details, identification of the removed material, and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located.

5. Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable law, Blingshirts has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at Blingshirts’s sole discretion, users or accounts who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We may also at our sole discretion limit access to the site for any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.
