Blingshirts (“the Company”) respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998, the text of which may be found on the U.S. Copyright Office website at copyright.gov, we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement committed using the Blingshirts website (https://blingshirts.com/).

1. Notice of Alleged Infringement

If you are a copyright owner, or are authorized to act on behalf of one, please report alleged copyright infringements taking place on or through the site by completing a DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement and delivering it to our Designated Copyright Agent.

Requirement	Description of Information Needed
Specific Identification	Identify the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed. If multiple works are covered, provide a representative list.
Location of Material	Identify the material that you claim is infringing and provide the URL(s) of the Duvet Cover listings or images.
Good Faith Statement	A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner.
Accuracy Statement	A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, under penalty of perjury.

2. DMCA Takedown Procedure

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA Notice, Blingshirts will follow its internal protocols to remove or disable access to the infringing material. We will also take reasonable steps to promptly notify the user who posted the material that we have removed or disabled access to it.

3. Counter-Notification Procedure

If you believe that your material that was removed is not infringing, or that you have the authorization from the copyright owner, you may send a counter-notice containing the following information to the Copyright Agent:

• Your physical or electronic signature;
• Identification of the material that has been removed and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed;
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed as a result of mistake or a misidentification of the material;
• Your name, address, telephone number, and email address;
• A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in Florida.

4. Repeat Infringers

It is our policy to terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe or are repeatedly charged with infringing the copyrights or other intellectual property rights of others. We reserve the right to remove any content at our sole discretion without prior notice.

5. Misrepresentation

Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability for damages. Please ensure you are the rightful owner or authorized agent before submitting a claim.
