Cancel & Change Order Policy – Blingshirts

At Blingshirts, we understand that when you are decorating your home, every detail matters. Whether you’ve had a change of heart or realized you selected the wrong size for your Duvet Cover Set, we want to make the modification process as smooth as possible. We strive to process and ship our orders quickly to maintain our commitment to fast U.S. delivery. Therefore, we have established the following guidelines for cancellations and modifications.

  1. OUR PROCESSING TIMELINE

To provide the best service to our customers across the United States, our fulfillment team follows a strict schedule:

  • Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (EST), Monday – Friday.
  • Handling Time: 1–2 business days.
  • Processing Efficiency: Orders placed before our cut-off time usually begin the fulfillment process within the same business day to ensure your new bedding reaches you without delay.
  1. ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

2.1 The 12-Hour Cancellation Window: You have a 12-hour grace period from the moment you complete your purchase to request a full cancellation. Within this timeframe, we can easily halt the process and issue a complete refund.

2.2 Cancellation Eligibility Based on Order Status:

  • Payment Confirmed: Cancellation is guaranteed. Please contact us immediately.
  • Processing/Fulfillment Started: If you contact us within the 12-hour window but processing has already begun, we will make every effort to stop the shipment, though it is not guaranteed.
  • Shipped: Once a Duvet Cover Set has been handed over to our carriers (USPS, UPS, or FedEx), we cannot cancel the order. In this case, please refer to our 30-Day Free Return Policy once the package arrives.

2.3 How to Submit a Cancellation Request: To ensure your request is seen by our team immediately, please email us at support@blingshirts.com with the subject line: “URGENT: Cancel Order #[Your Order Number]”. Please include your full legal name and the reason for the cancellation so we can improve our service.

  1. MODIFYING YOUR ORDER

If you need to make changes to your order, we will do our best to accommodate you, provided the request is made within the 12-hour window.

  • Shipping Address Corrections: If you noticed an error in your address, please notify us instantly. Once the label is printed and the package is with the carrier, we are unable to redirect the shipment.
  • Product Adjustments (Size/Color/Style): If you realize you ordered a Queen size but needed a King size Duvet Cover Set, contact us immediately. Changes are subject to current stock availability at our Dania Beach facility.
  • Price Adjustments: If a change results in a higher order total, we will provide a secure link for the remaining balance. If the new item is lower in price, the difference will be refunded to your original payment method.
  1. ORDERS ALREADY IN TRANSIT

Once your Duvet Cover Set is in the hands of the shipping carrier:

  • The order cannot be modified, intercepted, or canceled.
  • We kindly ask you to receive the package and follow our standard return procedure. Remember, Blingshirts offers 100% Free Returns, so you will not incur any extra costs for returning an item you no longer wish to keep.
  1. FEES AND REFUND PROCEDURES
  • No Hidden Fees: We do not believe in charging our customers for changing their minds. There are no cancellation fees or restocking fees for any order stopped within the allowed timeframe.
  • Refund Timeline: For all successful cancellations, a 100% refund will be initiated immediately. The funds will typically reflect in your original payment method (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Amex, or PayPal) within 5 business days, depending on your bank’s processing speed.
  1. SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES
  • Inventory Discrepancies: On rare occasions, if a specific Duvet Cover Set becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will contact you immediately via email to offer an alternative design or a full, immediate refund.
  • Duplicate Orders: If you accidentally placed two identical orders, please reach out within the 12-hour window so we can void the duplicate transaction before it ships.
