This Shipping Policy provides detailed information on our shipping processes, timelines, and costs to ensure a transparent shopping experience.

  1. SHIPPING COVERAGE (U.S. ONLY)

At this time, Blingshirts focuses exclusively on serving customers within the United States. We ship to all 50 U.S. states, including:

  • The contiguous United States.
  • Alaska and Hawaii.
  • APO/FPO/DPO military addresses (delivered via USPS).

Note: We do not offer international shipping at this time. We are committed to maintaining the highest service quality for our domestic customers before expanding globally.

  1. SHIPPING CARRIERS

To ensure your Duvet Cover Set arrives in perfect condition, we partner with the most reliable domestic carriers. Depending on your location and the package size, your order will be delivered by:

  • USPS (Priority Mail or Ground Advantage).
  • UPS (Ground or 3-Day Select).
  • FedEx (Home Delivery).
  • DHL eCommerce (for certain domestic residential deliveries).
  1. ORDER PROCESSING & DELIVERY TIMELINE

We understand you are excited to refresh your bedroom. We work diligently to process orders as quickly as possible. Please note the following timelines:

  • Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (EST) — Monday to Friday. Orders placed after this time will be processed starting the next business day.
  • Handling Time: 1–2 business days (Monday – Friday). During this phase, we conduct quality inspections on your Duvet Cover Set, package it securely, and prepare shipping labels.
  • Transit Time: 3–7 business days (Monday – Friday). This is the duration from when the package leaves our facility in Dania Beach to when it reaches your address.

  1. SHIPPING COSTS

We believe in simple, flat-rate pricing with no hidden surprises at checkout:

  • Standard Shipping Fee: $6.99 (Flat Rate) for all orders within the United States.
  • Taxes: Any applicable sales tax will be calculated and displayed clearly during the checkout process based on your state’s regulations.
  1. TRACKING YOUR DUVET COVER SET

Once your order has been dispatched, we will automatically send a shipping confirmation email to the address provided. This email will include:

  • The name of the shipping carrier.
  • Your unique tracking number.
  • A direct link to the carrier’s tracking portal.

Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking status to update once the package has been picked up by the carrier.

  1. ADDRESS ACCURACY & MODIFICATIONS
  • Customer Responsibility: It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
  • Address Corrections: If you notice an error in your shipping details, please email support@blingshirts.com within 12 hours of placing your order. Once a Duvet Cover Set has entered the fulfillment stage, we are unable to modify the destination address.
  • Redelivery Fees: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the item.
  1. DAMAGED, LOST, OR MISSING PACKAGES
  • Damaged on Arrival: If your Duvet Cover Set arrives with visible damage to the packaging or product, please contact us at support@blingshirts.com within 48 hours with clear photos of the damage.
  • Lost in Transit: If a carrier confirms that a package is lost, we will prioritize sending a replacement or issuing a full refund.
  • Marked as Delivered but Missing: If your tracking information shows “Delivered” but you have not received the package, we recommend checking with neighbors, household members, or your local post office before contacting our support team.
  1. EXTERNAL DELAYS (HOLIDAYS & WEATHER)

While we strive to meet all delivery estimates, please understand that transit times may be impacted by factors beyond our control, such as extreme weather conditions, natural disasters, or carrier delays during peak holiday seasons (e.g., Black Friday, Christmas). We appreciate your patience during these periods.
