By accessing our site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms, including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein. 2. ONLINE STORE ELIGIBILITY

By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. You may not use our Duvet Cover Sets for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws). A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.

3. PRODUCT ACCURACY AND PRICING

• Pricing: All prices for our Duvet Cover Sets are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD). We reserve the right to change prices without notice.
• Shipping Fees: We charge a transparent, flat-rate shipping fee of $6.99 for all orders delivered within the United States.
• Accuracy: We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.
• Errors: In the event that a product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Blingshirts reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price, even if the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged, we will issue a full refund immediately.

4. PAYMENT TERMS & SECURITY

We provide a 100% secure checkout environment to protect your data.

• Accepted Methods: We accept major credit/debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express, as well as PayPal.
• Authorization: By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use the payment method selected. You authorize us to charge the total order amount, including the $6.99 shipping fee and any applicable taxes.

5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

By placing an order for a Duvet Cover Set, you agree to the following schedule:

• Handling Time: 1–2 business days (Monday – Friday).
• Transit Time: 3–7 business days (Monday – Friday).
• Geographic Scope: We ship exclusively within the 50 United States. We do not currently offer international shipping.
• Risk of Loss: All items purchased from Blingshirts are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

6. ORDER CANCELLATIONS & MODIFICATIONS

• 12-Hour Grace Period: You may request to cancel or modify your order within 12 hours of placement.
• After 12 Hours: Once the order has entered the fulfillment stage or has been handed over to the carrier, we cannot stop the shipment. In such cases, you must follow our standard return process after the package arrives.

7. RETURN & REFUND POLICY (100% FREE RETURNS)

We stand behind the quality of our bedding.

• Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
• Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
• No Cost: We provide 100% Free Returns with prepaid shipping labels. There are no restocking fees.
• Refunds: Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days back to your original payment method.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The website and its original content, features, and functionality (including all information regarding our Duvet Cover Sets) are and will remain the exclusive property of Blingshirts. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Blingshirts.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

In no case shall Blingshirts, our directors, officers, or employees be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, or replacement costs, arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service. Our total liability is limited strictly to the amount you paid for the product.

These Terms and Conditions and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States.
